Adaptive Thermal Comfort TM52 (Non-Domestic) and TM59 (Domestic)

Using industry-leading Level 5 software programmes, our highly experienced team can consider the potential of a building over-heating; and advise on the fenestration, natural ventilation strategies and mechanical boost ventilation. In addition our team can produce reports demonstrating compliance with the Chartered Institution of Building Service Engineers’ TM52, TM59 and BB101, which focus on limiting over-heating. These reports can be used to gain credits under BREEAM and ESFA requirements.

Energy Statements

Many UK Local Planning Authorities require an Energy and Sustainability Statement as part of the planning application process. Working with other members of the design team, we can provide this statement, which sets out the proposed development’s sustainability initiatives and how it will meet the Local Authorities standards and ensure compliance with Building Regulations Part L.

An energy statement is used as a supporting document to a planning application, which considers:

BREEAM
